Help with ThriveBaby+ accounts, subscriptions, privacy, accessibility, and app features.

CONTACT SUPPORT
Email 3RVX.apps@gmail.com for account, billing, privacy, accessibility, or technical help. Include the device type and a short description of the problem, but do not email passwords or sensitive medical information.

ACCOUNT DELETION
Open Account settings in ThriveBaby+ and choose Delete account. The app explains the effect and asks for confirmation before deletion. You may also contact support for help with a deletion request.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. Use Restore Purchases inside ThriveBaby+ to restore an eligible purchase, or Manage Subscription to open the applicable store settings.

HEALTH AND EMERGENCIES
ThriveBaby+ is not a medical provider or emergency service. Contact a qualified clinician for health questions. Call local emergency services when someone may be in immediate danger.
