THRIVEBABY+ ยท 3RVX PRIVACY POLICY This policy explains how 3RVX collects, uses, protects, and deletes information in ThriveBaby+. Effective July 31, 2026 INFORMATION WE COLLECT ThriveBaby+ may collect account details; pregnancy, postpartum, baby, appointment, and family-support information you enter; Village messages and photos; invitation and membership information; notification tokens; and security and audit records. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. HOW WE USE INFORMATION 3RVX uses this information to provide the app, connect invited family members, deliver private messages and notifications, protect accounts, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations. ThriveBaby+ is a family-support tool, not a medical provider or emergency service. SHARING AND FAMILY CONTROLS Each person has an individual sign-in. The family owner controls caregiver sharing, and Mom alone controls whether a recovery entry stays Mom-private or is intentionally shared with parent roles. Information is visible only to authorized members of the linked Family Space according to those settings. Other members may save or disclose information they can see, so invite only people you trust. SERVICE PROVIDERS We may use contracted infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication, database, and private file storage; Expo for app delivery and push-notification routing; and Apple or Google for app distribution and purchases. They process information only to provide their services and under their own applicable terms. SECURITY AND RETENTION We use access controls, encrypted network connections, private storage, and account-based permissions. No system can guarantee absolute security. Active account data is retained while needed to provide ThriveBaby+. Backups and security logs may remain for a limited period. Family messages are append-only for trust and safety; after account deletion, retained shared conversation or audit records are de-identified unless law requires otherwise. DELETION AND CHOICES You can initiate full account deletion inside Account settings. Deletion revokes access, removes account information and private media associated with you, and de-identifies any shared message or audit history retained for family continuity and security. You may also contact 3RVX.apps@gmail.com. Deleting ThriveBaby+ does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions are managed through the store used to purchase them. CHILDREN ThriveBaby+ is for parents and adult caregivers. Children do not create accounts. Adults may enter information about a baby or child to use family-support features. The service is not directed to children under 13. CHANGES AND CONTACT We may update this policy and will show a new effective date when changes are material.
